You can prevent search engines from finding pages on your website. Visitors to your site will still be able to see the page if:

  • You link to it on another part of the website, like adding a link in the Header Navigation
  • You share a link with them directly, for example sending a link via email

The option to hide a page is available by scrolling down in the Build tab:

Toggling Hide page from search engines to On inserts a "noindex" meta tag into the HTML of the page. When search engines, like Google, Bing and Yahoo crawl your site and find this page, they will not add it indexes. The page will not appear in search results on Google, Bing, Yahoo.

Please be aware that other, less well-known search engines aren’t transparent about how they handle "noindex" meta tags. They may still list hidden pages in their results.

By hiding a page on your website, you'll also hide it from your sitemap.
